Hello, I'm Sol.
I photograph sunlight, colour and the people in it. Twelve years of fashion, still life and architecture, mostly for brands that would rather look bright than serious. I work from a small studio in Valencia and travel when the light asks me to.

How I work
Light first
I scout for the hour, not the location. Most shoots are planned around a shadow.
Colour as found
Colours stay the way the fabric, the wall or the fruit really is. No grading that lies.
People at ease
Small crews, real breaks, music on. People look like themselves when they are not waiting.
